The School Day

Every morning our school gate opens at 8:35am and children can enter their classrooms to begin their early morning activities; the gate and doors close promptly at 8.45am when our register closes. 

After this time all pupils need to report to the main office.

For children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 the school day finishes at 3:15pm.

For children in Year 3, 4, 5 and 6 the school day finishes at 3:20pm.

The school day is:

                                Reception & KS1 - 7hours and 30minutes

                                KS2                      - 7hours and 35minutes

Gates are locked to ensure that the children remain in a safe environment.

During the day access to the school site is from London Road and via the School Office for those parents who have to collect their children for appointments or because they are sick, returning children from appointments or if you have an appointment in school.
